ILO Reintegration Package for Ethiopia and Background Report
Last year (2017), I developed a reintegration package for Ethiopia for the ILO in Addis Ababa with Alexandra Ricard Guay. Both the Reintegration package and the Reintegration Background Report have now been published. ILO has used this reintegration package as a starting point to work with the Government of Ethiopia to develop a "Reintegration Directive" that I hope will be further developed and endorsed in Ethiopia soon. In October I had the pleasure to speak at the "Human Trafficking, Migration and Borders Under Pressure" conference in Oslo organized by KOM and MIGMA. This event brought together human trafficking and migration researchers to illicit cross-overs in current migration flows.
